- State Inspection
- Emission Test "OBD II"
- Changed Engine Oil & Filter (DUE BY TIME). Replaced with 5 QTS Premium Full Synthetic Motor Oil & Lube Chassis. "Reset oil life LITE monitor"
- Remove & replace Serpentine drive belts (DRY ROTTING / SPLITTING) & Alternator/AC tensioner (FROZEN).
- Install Heavy duty Radiator flush to system & run engine (DISCOLORED / 4 YRS OLD UNIVERSAL COOLANT!!). Flush all engine coolant with fluid exchange machine. Ck for cooling fan working properly (OK).
- Replace windshield wiper blades (SMEARING).
- Replace Battery tray (RUSTED OUT!!), & Battery (TIME), service terminal ends & install post protector seals. Ck radio/clock for working properly after repairs. Road test vehicle to reset computer monitors.
- Flush all hydraulic fluid from all brake components (FAILED MOISTURE CONTENT TEST) & refill with new dot 4 fluid.
- Service REAR brakes. Apply high heat lubricant to bracket/pad end contacts, caliper PISTON surfaces & side pins (LOSS OF LUBRICATION).
- Remove & replace Frt Disc brake pads (WORN OUT) & rotors (W/REPAIRS). Grind rust build up from caliper ends & anchor surfaces. Service caliper pins & rubber bushings & apply high heat lubricant. Bleed air from system & road test vehicle.
- Add Fuel injector cleaner/stabilizer to fuel tank (protects against sludge build up on injectors & moisture in tank).
- ROTATE & X Tires (OK). **Does not include spin balancing** (NO CHARGE) ____________________________________
- Lubricate all door & hood hinges & Key lock cylinders. (NO CHARGE) ___________________________________
- Ck all fluids, lights & tire pressures. (NO CHARGE) _________________________________

- Check Factory Scheduled Maintenance/30,60,90 sheet. (NO CHARGE) ________________________________________
